I totally dig the Flowmaster and Magnaflow exhaust kits, but my truck is a little more on the the beater side and something i enjoy more off road in the summer and driving to work in these nasty Michigan winters. she aint pretty but i appreciate good performance underneath the ugliness.

It is a 1993 short cab, short bed, 4 wheel drive, 5.7 L Chevrolet Silverado

I want a dual exhaust, past cat kit that is not too over priced and performs! any tips or recommendations? links preferably..

I put the Cat-back system from LMC Truck with the resonator tips on my 92 Silverado with a 5.7L When I was 17 I thought it sounded great, but now I would tend to think it was way too loud. However, I didn't have a CAT and it was just straight piped, so i would imagine the CAT would tone it down a bit.

I think it was about $430 and I installed it myself?
