1992 gmc 3/4 ton

fuel pump works but the truck will not run. changed relay and fuel pump is new

is everything powering up when you turn the key to on?

Need to find out if it spark ,or fuel related.
Are you getting spark at plugs? While cranking seeing any fuel at throttle body?
Are you getting check engine light?
