Default 1997 Sierra replacing door speakers/removing door panel?

i got the two screws in the arm rest, then i removed the triangle piece in the corner and now i don't know what to do from here. i don't want to like snap any clips off. From what I've researched, you are supposed to push up towards the sky to get it off? please help (trying to save money from them dealers)

You need to remove the door lock & window switch panel and then it pulls straight off (not up). There are going to be a number of push clips that are a pain in the butt and you will probably break a couple, but they are sold at most auto parts stores. Good Luck!

Yes sir friend. Very bottom of panel towards the front of the whole thing. Run your hand on the bottom of the panel and you will feel the contour of it.

The window crank (sorry I asumed you had power windows) comes off by removing a c-clip from behind it. It can be a little tricky to get out without the right tool, but you can do it. It slides out side ways. Here is a picture of it...

Without the tool you will need to get something flat and slide it behind the crank to remove the clip. The tool that is made to do this job is available at you local auto parts store and is fairly cheap...

There are some variations, but that is the general look of them.
Good Luck!

Yeah what Shamrock is talking bout, I got those universal pick's. A pack of like 4 of them where the tips have different angles. Those are the best. When you do take em off, use a rag on top like you about to open a champagne bottle. That clip will shoot off fast and could hit your eye or off somewhere where you cant find it. They are like 15 bucks a piece at the dealer too.
