I have a 2000 Chevy Silverado 5.3L Z71 with 95K miles. I have some weird electrical issues going on.

About 6 months ago my service 4 wheel drive light came on; it was the dash switch. Changed it out and it is now fixed.

Then a month later the battery light started intermitently flashing. It was completly random and Voltage gage was always showing over 14. I had alternator and battery tested and they tested fine.

Now intermitently the battery light, security light, service 4 wheel drive light and low fuel light will flash. Fuel gage will go to zero, ABS light will come on, seat belt light will either flash or stay on and Air bag light will stay on.

I just dont believe this is a combination of multiple problems. There has to be one thing causing all of this.

The truck runs fine but I am afraid that one day I might be driving along and the thing will crap out. I am afraid to take it far from home.

I could believe that the fuel sender is going I have read that your fuel pump usually dies at about the 10 year point.

What do you guys think? What can I check?
