98 GMC Sierra heater/ac controls quit working!

Default 98 GMC Sierra heater/ac controls quit working!
Started her up and no heat or ac. Changed blower motor, resistor and relay, and temperature controls themselves. I can hear the motor moving when i change where the heat come from but nothing comes out. Need help!
