MY 2000 silverado

 

Never painted a truck in my life, but when I got a few quotes at 2000+ I started researching. Eastwood makes a single stage flat black rat rod paint. Thats what I used for mine.

Put new brakes and rotors on the front, brlakes and drums on the back. Master cylander, brake booster and fixed some electrical issues. Now she's running and stopping pretty good.

Now I want to get something else and see what I can do with it.

 

Nice job Man! I love the matte black look with the gloss accents. Very cool.

Here are mine. Picked up the 1998 GMC about a week ago and replaced a bunch of stuff. Feels pretty good now, but still needs a new set of tires and an upholstery job. Drivers seat springs & foam are knackered. Love the truck so far though, makes for a great work bench while doing jobs around the yard.

2006 Mazda 3 GT. My wife mostly drives that one. She refuses to drive the truck, and I'm not arguing about it either.

2007 Kawasaki ZX6R. Code named "Black Betty" [bam a lam!!]. Dedicated track bike & so much fun.

1986 Yamaha Radian. My first ever street bike that I bought once I graduated from post secondary school.

 

this is mine, 2001 1500HD. its got some body work done, so all of the badges are off, and may take the last one off. 127k mile, was recently serviced. i just bought it last week when my 95 s10 blazer was totalled from being rear ended. got it for $7350. it has an airaid cool air intake, and only issues ive found is the bed cross rails underneth are rotted and the hydro boost is leaking. ill address the bed when the time comes and plan on fixing the p/s leak when i get some money. would also like to add a flowmaster cat back and tint the windows darker. ill get some more pics later.
