I have a 2016 5.3 2wd Silverado and was wondering about the best way t get more from my truck. I tow a camper and it is used daily. Is it worth it to change exhaust including manifold back or keep stock manifold and go with exhaust from each side separately. Would this help much with performance. I'm sure I would have to add a better intake than the stock set up. Has anyone done this and have you found it is worth the effort.
