stuck in 4 high

i have a 2003 silverado that wont disengage out of 4 high and jumps out of 4 lo have any ideas what could be goin on ?

Replace the dash switch, replaced mine in my 04 twice so in 40000 miles it had 3 switches, sometimes it will go into neutral and you wont go anywhere
