When it comes to alot of shops today unfortunately you have to hold their hands and put their noses right in your problem. It is amazing how many companies will hire people that are clueless just to save the wages of a qualified technician. Most of them hire salesman not technicians that are there just to sell you a bunch of uneccessary "mechanic in a bottle" services. Unfortunately it is the world we live in!
