trouble shifting, 5 speed manual

What do you mean by 2 fluids in the reservoir?? Screeching could be a failed clutch disc that is wearing into the flywheel. Wouldn't recommend driving too much or flywheel damage could result. Some don't recommend resurfacing flywheels on hydraulic clutch systems but only replacing.

clutch fluid reservoir ... i thought the main fluid was black, so I do not know why it shows up as grey in the photo, maybe it is the flash ... the truck is 45 miles away at work, so i'll check again tomorrow

diagnosis
Broken metal plate that retains the helical clutch plate springs on the tranny side. It broke, bent back towards the pressure plate fingers due to the helical springs and jammed/rubbed on the pressure plate fingers. The helical spring has also ground down a bit.
Flywheel is flat, without hot spots.
Friction material has worn evenly, with 98% of its grooves remaining. They are all shallow. Some rivets seems to be missing.
The odyssey now switches to obtaining parts ... the dealership wants $800 for plate, disc, pilot, and hydraulic release bearing. Rockauto has the AC Delco Clutch Kit 381472 for $337+shipping, but it is not in stock (add 5 business days) and their picture depicts a release bearing but it does not look hydraulic. I tried the AC Delco website, which said the MSRP is $526, and that the closest supplier would be 120 miles away in Seattle for $650+ship.
Any suggestions for other manufacturers besides AC Delco, or other sources besides RockAuto for an AC Delco clutch kit?

The new AC Delco clutch plate is still holding up for 4 years now. I've no problems inbetween 1st and 2nd or any higher shifts. But the truck bucks embarrassingly when sometimes I try to get her rolling from a dead stop, especially if it's an uphill start or if I need to get her rolling quickly. In these cases, it bucks when I have the gas pedal depressed a bit and am letting out on the clutch pedal. I't be nice to fix this, but am unsure what's causing the bucking. At first I thought the new friction plate was either too aggressive (despite being AC Delco) or needed to break in (whatever that might mean).
