Default Tune up

I figgure while it is in for the manifold gasket, i might as well get a tune up. it's only got 40k, but it's a '97. Can anyone be so kind as to give me some ideas what to expect from a GOOD tune up. I know plugs, wires, fuel filter, but what else should i be concerned about at my year and mileage? Thanks a lot for all the help. It's much appreciated.

It SHOULD NOT be extra labor to replace the cap and rotor,as the dist has to come out anyway...then yes, plugs, wires, fuel filter.

Make sure they use SOMEWHAT decent parts...ignition parts from Indonesia or wherever tend to crapcan.

I'd want Delco wires,or Belden..Borg -warner..Standard ignition..

A/c delco plugs
