Ihave this noise also, but only after installing my "Stylin Concepts" Bug Guard. I'm not sure where the air is being disrupted on the front end hood and fenders. Try this , If you have a Bug Guard , take it off for a road test and see if the noise goes away.
Anyone else who has a fix for this noise please let us know.

There is a small rubber "flap" below the corners of the windshield that is just under the edge of the hood thatcovers a bolt, it catches the air and the flappingis likely what you are hearing.
My Brother-in-law and I both have 2005's, his is HD and mine isn't and his flaps badly and makes the sound you are describing, mine doesn't, we both have the same bug shield, my guess isit's catchingextra air flow on the HD's because the hood sits up slightly higher is that is what causes it to flap.
