Default High pitched squealing noise in front end.

Hi, I am new to this site. I am looking for some help trying to solve a problem I have in my 99 dakota 4x4 6 cylinder. At approximately 20 km/hr a high pitched squeal appears in the truck. I cannot exactly pinpoint where the sound is coming from, but my guess is that it is in the front end of the truck. You can hear me coming down the street before you see me. It is driving me crazy. I just bought the truck last August and the previous owner told me that he had replaced wheel bearings the previous year. It has two new calipers and brake pads on it. The noise sounds like some thing is dry and rotating. Some times I feel like the right front wheel is binding when I cut the wheel hard to the right. If anybody can offer some advice on this problem, it would be greatly appreciated.
