While driving at highway speeds motor gets doggy and a whitish smoke from the tail pipe, it lasts for a few seconds thans it runs fine, I talked with a dealer and he told me that this is new to them without a light they couldn't tell me anything. the truck has also had a real rough idle at times, anyone having any problems like this?

 

sounds like water in the fuel or combustion process
