Smile Advice for boosting the engine of 2008 F350

Hello everyone,
10 months ago, I bought 2008 F350 (V8-5.4L), on which I had Air intake,Header, Exhaust, 6" lift kit,6.8 tons Warn winch, new 16"-9" wheels, and 37" new tires, installed.
Now the car is heavier and slower than before.
Would a supercharger improve and boost the engine of my car? if so, what type is the best to install, that does not spoil the engine in the range of 3-4000 US$?
Please help me because I am new to the world of trucks.
N.B I only drive this truck on rare occasions when my family and I go out camping on beach or desert sands.

Welcome to the site. Yes a supercharger would help a lot. Some one will chime in that know more about them to help you. Good luck on your truck.

Supercharge it... or Bully Dog and BANKS has gasser tunes that will help if you don't want to go to the expense of a supercharger.

Very easy. Plug it in. Power it up and follow the prompts and your good to go.
I've never done it personally. I drive a diesel. But I've read it's just that easy.

Thats about the jiff of it. Not hard, but I didn't notice anything but that it sucked more gas in my truck.
