Hi,

Just bought a Ford F350 Super Duty Diesel Dually to pull our 5th Wheel.

We went up a hill with a 7% grade and the truck wouldn't go above 25mph and sounded laboured.

Are we supposed to start in a lower gear? We were in a 25 mph zone at the bottom of the hill, so didn't have any momentum.

Any suggestions would be welcome.
