Default Please help! 01 F350

Im really hoping someone might have an idea of what the hell is going on with my truck. I have an 01 F350 V8 4x4 - Brought it to a mechanic 2 weeks ago to have the O2 censors, and mass air flow censor changed, full tune up, oil change, and manifold changed. NOW, since the day after I got the truck back its running like crap. Sometimes it starts up just fine, other times it starts and stalls, and takes about 5 tries to get it running right. Then today, I get about 20 min from home, and let off the gas to go around a curve, and the battery light flashed, and the truck stalled out on the curve. I had to limp it home, with one foot on the gas and one on the brake the whole way. Let off the gas, and it would stall out and die. On a side note - when it would act up before, where it would start and run, but chug badly like it wanted to die, if you attempt to give it gas, nothing happened. No rev in the RPM's, no nothing. I am beyond pissed off, that I just put almost 1700.00 into the truck, to now have nothing but problems. Does anyone have ANY ideas as to what could be the issue, so I can just fix it, rather than taking it back there and being charged for them to fix their own mistakes?

Brand new battery as of a week ago, so I know the battery is good. And it starts right back up after stalling out, so I am doubtful that it could be the alternator

What manifold was replaced?
Which engine is it?

Was the alternator tested?
In the full service was the fuel filter replaced?

I'm No expert but to me it sounds like the shop did some welding on your vehicle without disconnecting the battery and ended up frying your computer. Probably ran fine when u left the shop until the computer kicked in. food for thought
