can't tell if there's a lift on my 1989 F-150
My 1989 I just bought is lifted at least three inches but I don't know what type of lift it has.

The way to tell which type of lift it is to look under the leaf springs are there solid blocks if so it's a suspension lift. if not it's a body lift which can be identified by the large plastic or rubber spacers between the frame and body. Hope this helped
