Hi all, first post here. I've got a 90 Suburban w/deisel and a/t, dual a/c, hydroboost. I would like to swap in a 350/383 manual tranny combo. My main concern is keeping the dual ac and hydroboost. I'm looking at a torque motor, with reliability as top priority. Chevy has a few crate morors I'm interested in. Fuel injection is prefered. We like the burb do due it's huge interior. In the research phase now. Any comments or advice? Thanks, MikeB

The 6.2 diesel is nice, but not NEARLY as nice as the 6.5's and 6.6's. Did Chevy offer the option of Dual A/C on gas motors??? If they did, you can get some parts off of a junker and convert it... Never heard of anyone doing this before, but I'm sure some one has.
