thinking about buying this dodge dakota - 9/10/2005 8:59:51 AM    gmfod   Posts: 1 Joined: 9/10/2005 Status: offline new member here btw. 1 st post i'm getting ready to go test drive this sweet 2002 dodge dakota club cab small v8. planning to take it to a mechanic and have him do a physical on it, but i was wondering what things i should have him focus on. are there any typical problems associated with dakotas that i should make sure don't exist in this dakota i am interested in? i plan to mod it a bit with perfornace parts to improve gas mileage, but i want to make sure i'm not looking at a bif headache in the near future. any suggestions? < Message edited by gmfod -- 9/10/2005 9:00:16 AM > Post #: 1
