a bad coolant sensor will dump fuel...not really "miss"

Thats right too, it would dump fuel, mine would leave me set until it cooled off a bit. And also, correct it did give me code, check engine light came on for a second, and then off, did not stay on, only when it missed and carried on. You have no engine code? If the light even blinked on and off it will leave a code.

you should just unhook your egr plug the vaccum line with something and forget it was evert here
