man... - 6/3/2008 9:18:13 PM    72charger Posts: 1713 Joined: 6/28/2007 Status: offline I had this goofball in a lifted F250 4x4 with huge tires trying to get me to race him with my Sierra.  I so wanted to eat his grits cause he kept punching it and letting off to spool his turbo up at me but didn't seem to go anywhere when he did, LOL!  If it weren't for the fact that I promised the Lord I wouldn't street race again after almost getting arrested the last time I street raced(Christmas day in 07) he would have been toast.  _____________________________ Flowmaster 40 muffler with duals, redneck ram air, K&N air filter/oil filter, Trans Dapt Torque Curve TBS, Optima Red Top, Royal Purple 5-30 Post #: 1

RE: man... - 6/7/2008 5:37:24 AM    72charger Posts: 1713 Joined: 6/28/2007 Status: offline Sounds pretty cool.  Until some cop finds out people are racing out there and parks at the end one night as you or someone else blows by doing 150.  My last race was just in as stupid a place as it could have been.  I knew the cops were thick on this particular stretch of highway and did it anyway, then after hitting about twice the speed limit I chickened out and floored the brakes to get back down to the limit and simultaneously saw a cop pulling up towards me, cruise my flank for a second, then sped past me to get the guy I was racing(who kept going).  I later talked to him and he received a $210 ticket and lied to the cop that we were not racing, he was just being stupid.  Glad he did though, cause I know the cop got my plates and we most certainly could have been carted off to jail that night. _____________________________ Flowmaster 40 muffler with duals, redneck ram air, K&N air filter/oil filter, Trans Dapt Torque Curve TBS, Optima Red Top, Royal Purple 5-30 (in reply to rxsteven) Post #: 3
