It''s been a while since I have been here, now stationed in Guam, but in Japan for a few months.  My truck is on a boat headed to Guam.  Quick, funny story about dropping it off at the Shipping Center.  I took it there and an employee and I did a joint inspection of the truck.  His remarks and comments on the inventory/condition report: "More scratches than paint, shrub sticking out of front, appears to be blood on tailgate (I was cleaning squirrels the day before), mud on tires, body, hood, roof."  His questions to me: "Is that blood on the tailgate?"  Me "Don''t worry, it''s not mine."  Him: "Is that a shrub sticking out of the front?"  Me "No, it''s a small oak tree."  Him: "Sir, there is excessive mud on your vehicle."  Me "It''s a truck."  Him "Sir, we can''t ship dirty vehicles."  Me: "It''s a brown truck with white spots."  Him "Do you take it off road?"  Me "And let it get dirty?"

I''m sure some people think I was being an ass about it, but I waited for 4 hours while 6 people "detailed" a Buick.  They put it through an automatic wash and then windexed the inside of the windows.  C''mon!

Does anybody know if there is anywhere to wheel in Guam?  I haven''t driven anything other than a Cushman for the last 2 months and am starting to get really, really itchy!

Good story!! A small Oak tree I like that one! I was always trying to keep mine clean for a wile but now I like the way it looks dirty better. I now go out of my way to get it even more dirty. Its a lot less work and way more fun getting it dirty than cleaning it
