Nominate your favorite truck for January 2012 Truck of the Month!!

I would like to kick things off my nominating MrShamrock who came in close last month!!

I'm gonna post a photo of my 2005 Silverado 1500 4x4 Extended cab. Its a W/T so it has the rubber floor and came with crank windows and manual locks. However its got the VIN Z for flexfuel and the trailering package..so its got some HD front end stuff from the factory which makes it a MAJOR pain to buy parts for..Frankenstein..

Anyway its got 128,000 miles on it and just a couple little upgrades..its really my daily driver (i keep the Camaro under a cover most of the time until the weekend or a really nice day). Billet grill overlay...2.5% tint in the back.A1 electric power windows.. .Pioneer head unit with JL audio speakers in the doors and a custom enclosure under the rear seats with 2 JL audio 10s..600w amp. I also went ahead and swapped in a folding jump seat so I have more of a center console, and a flowmaster american thunder exhaust system. At one time i had the newer style Tahoe 20" wheels on her but went back to the 17s with Michelin MTXs for the snow and rain. the stock tahoe tires sucked really bad in any weather. Otherwise stock. I havent really had any problems with her since I bought her in October 2007. She only had 19,000 miles on her that day. It was a GM certified used. I've only had to do routine maintence aside from the recall stuff..such as the blower motor wiring connector, evap canister and most recently the passenger side hub assembly.

Overall, best vehicle I have EVER owned. She's part of the family, just ask my wife ;)

Sorry she's so dirty..these pictures were taken when there was alot of salt still on the road from the snow removal. I havent taken anything new in a while..when you Daily Drive your truck you tend to forget to take pictures of it..at least I do..hope you guys like it..(maybe I can get a nomination?)

Ill second that vote on MrShamrock and ill post pics of my truck when i get off work tomorrow. Shes just a little dirty from all of the salt they have been putting down on the wet roads here in ohio but hey a little dirt on a truck adds character right...

Ok so I finally got my pics taken not the best due to my cell phone...

2002 Chevy Silverado LS Z71 1500 4x4... I have done alot of work to this truck to make it unique... For starters I ditched the stock rims and put AMR on it w/ Copper Discoverer ST's 265/75/16. I have installed a CAI, injectors, yellow top optima battery, blacked out the front marker rear tail lights and painted the grill gloss black, Adrian Steel Tool box which some of you have seen my LED install w/ CB whips. Also matching 4.10 gears with rear posi, rebuilt trans with shift kit and rebuilt transfer case, running Royal Purple 10w30 w/ K&N gold filter nice little 80 dollar oil change every 4000 miles lol. Pioneer head unit w/ Kenwood 6.5 door and 6x9 rear speakers under the seats. Straight piped w/ cats dumped under the bed for now till I get some extra cash to really make her sing with True Dual Flowmasters kicked out in front of the rear wheels. Will be getting the front windows tinted 20% soon with the sun strip on the windshield. Other than that she has 146,xxx miles right now and shes all mine.
