It reprograms the cpu. I would just get a custom tune.

Right now some of use are doing it on the chevy forum section ands getting charlie wheatley to do it and are getting a discount of $50 so the price is $225 plus $130 for the core that you get back when you send the old cpu back.

 

with the diablo can you put the cpu back to stck. i may be interested...bill

 

What do you mean by "unlocked" I may be interested but would like more info on this.
