PPE Excelerator Tuner 03-08 Ford Diesel
I bought this for my husband and it is not what he wanted. My loss is your gain, I paid $600 plus shipping for this and I am selling it for $400 with free shipping. It is in EXCELLENT condition and is NOT locked. It comes with the case, programmer, cord, manual. Everything it would come with if you bought it new!!
