Intermittent Fuel Gauge not working

Default Intermittent Fuel Gauge not working
1999 GMC 3500 HD Dual Tanks
If I get under the hood and start messing with the relays in the fuse box or the wires it will start working for a short time.
If someone has a wiring diagram that would be nice !

Any help would be nice. At the same time not sure if its related but the A/c compressor stops working when the fuel guage isn't working??
anyone have a Wiring diagram for this?
