O4 2500 silverado motor swap
 

Put a complete lq4 drop out motor in my silverado 2500 hd 6.0. I used the original pcm but the complete wire harness that came with the dropout. Now pulling 3 trouble codes. Po300 random misfire, po650 warming light open circuit po717 no signal from turbine output input sensor. My feelings is this is a pcm problem I changed the output sensor, no change no signal or amperes on wire, the misfire I changed the whole coil assembly on both sides no change. My code scanner is in for repair with snap on. Need some help

po717 code was because I didn't get the input sensor connector pushed all the way together. The po 300 was # 8 spark plug wire was a little off and not pushed all the way on. All code gone. Lesson learned. Don't get in a hurry and overlook small things
