1988 GMC S15 Sierra Classic 2.8 2 WD

Truck is a hard start. Have replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, injectors, dist cap and rotor and hot spark plugs. Cranks alot before it will start, runs good after i get it started. Any suggestions on what I'm missing?
