Gas Saving Tips
I have a 1995 Chevy S10 with a 4.3L engine and I'm only getting 14mpg. Is there any ideas on how I can make it easier on fuel.

wow, thats pretty low. Are you sure everything is good engine wise? Something could be wrong causing MPG to dwindle

RE: Gas Saving Tips
Things that could negatively affect your MPG:
-dirty air filter -low tire pressure -clogged fuel filter -leaking injectors To improve your MPG even more you could look into things like aftermarket intakes, which do help you squeeze out a few more miles. Also, since it is a pickup, you might also want to consider a tonneau cover. They make the car more stream lined and keeps wind from causing a vacuum pocket in the bed. |

A free flowing performance exhaust sytem can increase your gas mileage.

You can also try adding acetone when you fill up. It DRAMATICALLY increases MPG!
