Is it possible to remove the bed cover?

I never understood the point of a bed cover, and I found this badass truck that has one. I am jw if there is a way to take it off without damaging the truck?

yes. just unbolt the fastener rails and pull it or unbolt the hinges. it should just unbolt off.
