What type of performance parts have you put on this style truck and what type of results did you have?

 

K&N FIPK kit, 3' Flow Masters, & Hypertech programer. Noticed the biggest improvement with the programer.

 

Cold air intake(take your pick), Magnaflow exhaust, custom tuned PCM(computer), electric cooling fans. The best mod by far will be the custom tuned pcm, not a handheld programmer. Guys like Nelson performance, Westors, or Wait 4 Me can make your truck feel like a completely different machine.
