02 4.8L to a 09 5.3 L
 

Hey every one I'm new here and I need of a hand just swaped my 4.8 out of my 02 chevy for a 5.3L out of an 09 just havens a no start
Problem cranks np at all just no spark all fuses are good and computers updated

What all did you swap? Engine harness/computer? Cam sensors are in different locations. 09 on front timing cover. 02 rear of engine block by oil pressure sensor.

I got engine and old plenum in on the new 09 motor and all hooked the sensor up and wired the cam sensor to sensor on the front dose the 09 have both a crank and cam on the front and I miss wired it

Crank sensor is above the starter. Is there 3 bolts with a cover on the timing cover where the camshaft is?

At the rear buy the oil pressure sensor switch there's a 5 pin plug

Doesnt make sense. Cam sensor on pre 07 Classic Silverado is by the oil pressure sensor. New style Silverado cam sensor is at timing cover front of engine. Pictures might help?? What did this engine come out of?
