02' gmc slt yukon fuel pump?
 

ok, i have a yukon slt, year 2002. i'm looking to change my fuel pump, and i would like to get one from aftermarket (delphi) for a fraction of the price from gm. here's the problem with my ser#1GKEK13Z72J145361 delphi says it's a flex fuel pump???? i have owned this since new and never knew it was a flex fuel, nor is there any badging on the truck to state that it is.anyways i give ser# to my local dealer and they say it's a cadillac?? and they give me yet another different pump number. what i'm wondering, is can i get any fuel pump, as long as it's for this year and model and install it? since i doubt that the actuall fuel tank is any different from flex to non flex models, and i have never put anything but straight gas in this thing.(no ethanol up here in canada) except for mohawk and i don't fill there. any help would be great since if i can install a regular pump it would be saving me $300 to $500 dollars (cdn)
