Wow guys this thread really took off. Yes i am a young kid. I'm 23. I started out buying a 3inch suspension lift and 17inch wheels with 33" tires just to make my truck look different and nice. I love my 03 2wd truck. Its clean runs great and never gave me a problem but the tires rub. I bought the 1.5 body lift it's going on this weekend and no guys. The truck doesn't see anything but the street. I drive it everyday. I have an 88 bronco ii 4x4 with a 4" lift and 31" tires i offroad with. I'd rather beat on my ford. Thanks for all the info though!!!

If you want to see the proper way to lift a vehicle,go look at my jeep in the offroad section. "My redneck jeep"

dave 963, you know how when you floor a vehicle how the rear end will sit down for a bit and then pick back up when you left off the gas a little? basically that is whats happening when u go backwards the fron sits down a little, and either smaller tires or a leveling kit to lift just the front should work, i have a 99 2wd and when i give it a good bit of gas while in reverse with the wheels cut sharp, it will do that, also if u have a really wide tire it will do that, but you have several options
1. get smaller tires
2. lift the front end a bit more
3.just live with it (unless it really bugs you)
4.put stiffer or bigger springs on the front
or be really easy on it and dont cut it as sharp.

im not trying to sound mean or anything but this is just my 2 cents.
hope i helped

This kid cracks me up. No proper way to lift a vehicle? LMAO. Sure there is buddy. Suspension lifts, the proper shackles and shocks. Custom driveshafts, and re-angled rear ends. My jeep is lifted properly. You have to pay to play.
