About three weeks ago I chanced the plugs and did a low pressure rinse to get some of the dust off the motor. While I was changing plugs I had the battery disconnected to reset the puter. After I finished and within two days I got a check engine light. Took it by Advance and they read a P0332 Knock Sensor bank 2 I think.
What do you think I should check and if it is the knock sensor can you tell me where it is located on the engine?

I unplugged a small sensor behind the power steering pump when I was changing plugs but it is plugged in now.

What's the word?

Got water around the knock sensor I beleive. The knock sensor is under the intake. Give it time to dry and it might clear out like my buddy's truck does.

Would it be normal for it to take two or three weeks to dry out? This is a daily driver so it has been driven.

Those knock sensors are notorious for that. There are 2 under the intake and usually it is the rear that gets flooded and triggers the check engine light. If you do need to swap them I would replace both while your there. Let us know if you decide to b/c there are a few things you should know about the repair.

Ok please fill me in on what I need to know since I will probably need to change them out. Does the water actually damage the knock sensor?

Shamrock,
I did a search and saw your pointers regarding the sensor replacement. Is that all I need to know?
