Question 04 gmc a/c

My 2004 GMC Sierra has a driver and passenger a/c temp. control switch. The passenger side switch light wasnt working when I bought the truck but wasnt really concerned with it. A few months later, the a/c blower selector wouldnt work on #1 so I would have to have it on #2 for it to blow any air out and now #2 dont work either. Any suggestions on what to do?

More than likely your blower resistor is bad. There is a service bulletin on them and GM sells an upgraded resistor and a new harness that needs to be spliced in. I did one not to long ago and it was super easy and fixed me right up. It took about 30 minutes for the entire job. Hope this helps!

It was under $100 for the resistor and the new pigtail.
