Default 04 Z71 -- do I need a steering stabilizer?

We just installed a Truxx 3/1 levelling kit and Kuhmo Road Venture MT 71's with aftermarket rims on my sons 04 Z71. At 45 mph there is a pronounced bounce to the truck. Disappears at about 50 mph. I had the truck aligned to the specs provided from Truxx and the tires/rims were balanced when purchased (less that 1000 miles on the tires). I've read that a steering stabilizer might tighten things up, but not sure if one would take care of this. I guess my first question is, can a steering stabilizer be installed on the truck? (if so, any brand recommendations?) and would it help? Or do I need to look at something else? Thanks for any help...
