05 sierra 2500hd-Ingnition wire and coils upgrade

05 Sierra 2500HD thing of an ignition upgrade.Any suggestions? Or is stock good enough/ Thx for the help

I have messed around with MSD iginitions in the past and honestly on an otherwise stock engine (just had bolt on stuff) it made no difference. So I vote for good quality factory replacement parts.

Whatever your favorite brand happens to be, but it is hard to go wrong with Delco parts in my opinion.
