'05 Sierra Z71 question...

Hey all,
Just bought a '05 GMC Sierra Z71 and have a question. Does my truck have a limited slip in the rear differential?

most likely,yes or it really couldn't called 4 wheel drive...the rpo code for limited slip is g80 on your label

you have a rear locking differential. It is an Eaton G80, hence the code G80.

Normally, Z71 has G80 locking rear differential as well as skid plates, different shocks and jounce bumpers. Though the package may change depending on the year model.
