Default '07 headlight tilt

Hi everyone!

When we tow, our headlights tend to blind oncoming traffic. We'd like to adjust them down when we're towing, but we can't figure out how to do it. There's a left to right adjuster, but no up and down.

Has anyone figured this out on the newer model? FYI, we have an '07 2500HD.

We looked by the rad, and did not see anything that looked like an adjustment. Different for the new `07 body maybe? People around me having road rage issues because they think I'm running with high beams, it's no longer an annoyance, but a safety issue. Trying not to follow cars too close to not annoy them with the lights.

You'd think it should be something easy, you know, for a vehicle that's made to tow. Can't find anything in owner's manual either.
