100k tune up
 

Hi, I've had my 99 silverado 5.3L ext cab for about a year now and i just hit 100k miles. What are some things that I should be looking at or replacing? plugs, o2 sensors, etc? I'm already getting a thermostat and k&N filter. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated

Fuel filter,plugs wires but i would pull a plug or two and look at them mine looked brand new so i left them.Clean the carbon off the trottle body blade and inlet,helps idle greatly.Injector cleaner.

Here's what Autozone says you should be doing. I started with 75k just catch up:
