Anybody done a intake manifold gasket on a 88-95 chevy pick-up? mines bad and i know the jist of doing it but have never done one. Let me know its a bigger task then what i think it is.

 

No they are fairly simple ones to do - real similar to the old carb intakes with just a few more sensors to unplug. Take your time, make sure everything is clean before reinstalling, and you should be fine.

 

Thank you, i know its about as simple as it gets as far as intakes, its and external leak so its not like im getting any coolant in my oil, im planning on doing it in a couple weeks. I'll keep ya posted. thanks for the input.
