1995 1500 z-71 power steering problems

OK so I just bought this truck knowing it doesn't have power steering I got a steal in it and was just going to replace the pump but a friend of mine has brought to my attention there is a power steering relay I do not think it is going to be that simple but if someone has some insight I would love to hear it there is also a fuse panel under the dash that has no fuses in it whatsoever as I was informed by previous owner directly above the break petal so if someone could post a link or pic about what is supposed to be in that panel I would apriciate it

If you go to your local automotive part store like Advance Auto or Autozone, there is a book called the Haynes repair book. Find the book that has your car listed and follow the index to the page with the electrical panel.
