1995 gmc sierra-low brake pedal
 

ok my girlfriend has a 95 gmc sierra 1500 and it has had a low pedal since purchase the brakes have been bled atleast 5 times by me and the dealer the master cylinder has been replaced the abs hcu has been both bled and replaced brake pads are brand new in both front and rear rotors and drums have recently been turned and the pedal is still low with a slow pedal return. all out of ideas can anyone help?

Well,I can't "feel" it,but those were notorious for spongy pefdals..ie "normal"...
gm makes a thicker pedal pad that gives the illusion of a higher pedal.
