1999 GMC Sierra 5.3 wont start after rain?

Every time it rains my truck will not start? It will fire everytime I try but will not stay running. After a few hours of sun, problem goes away? Any ideas?

Check all your sensors with an ohm meter. There are videos on youtube to show you how.
