Ijust bought a 2001 2500 HD. got in it this darkmorning for the first time and no instrument or radio lights come on. The only time they work is when I turn thewheel all the way up which turns on the dome light too. auto driving lights work great. checked the fuses but found nothing out of the ordinary. So far I love the truck and ride. It has dual exhaust (to loud have to change that). Looking for tips to improve fuel economy but not too worried coming from a 95 tahoe.

 

did you check the under hood fuses? theres one under there that runs the guages and the radio.

 

check and make sure the over ride button isnt pushed in... That thing reacts wierd sometimes when its pushed only once or twice. Its the button right by the headlight switch.
