2001 Chevy 2500 security light
 

Hey have a 01 chev it will not start, the security light is on solid,even with key off,will not start, have checked all fuses, , I also tried checkiNg resistance to do the resistor mod but I can not get a consistent reading I have tried the relearn numerous times still nothing, the light is on solid even with the key off, any help is appreciated even just a temp fix to get it out of the shop for now
