2001 Silverado headlight problems
 

I have a 2001 2500HD 4X4 and my issue is that when I lower the steering wheel the headlights will turn off. Reposition the steering wheel and lights will come back on (sometimes). The high beam switch works fine. Has anyone had a similar problem and what was the cure for this?

Theresmost likelysomething being hit back behind the dash thats shorting it or something. You might have to pull that sucker apart or if you can look up under it and try to find the root of the problem.
