I have a 2002 Chevy Silverado 4x4 5.3 liter with 108000 miles. When at idle or low rpm( pulling out from a dead stop) or when is lugging down ready to change gear from OD to 3rd it feels like a hesition or slight miss. Runs great at higher rpm. I had the full system cleaned and installed new plugs. Did not change the plug wires and no codes or engine light on. Help?

 

Have you cleaned the throttle body? They get gummed up real bad and will cause that.
